There is no fold, the fold myth is a myth. As long as you can show there is something worth scrolling for the user will scroll. Don’t be afraid to put information beyond the fold, it is not necessary to put all the information above the fold, just the primary information.

Thank you so much for bringing this to my attention. I cannot believe I didn’t notice, I was wondering why it did not show up in the validation report. It all makes sense now, thank you for keeping me on my toes.

Thanks for the review Nick. Great comments that we’re taking into consideration moving forward. One note for everyone is that the site is in a 10yr old CMS and we’ve only redesigned the homepage. Check out the rest of the website in the next month or so and we’ll be launching the rest of the website in ExpressionEngine and a first pass of all pages redone. Over the next year, we’ll be spending more time on content design and updating information architecture.
