		<description>Layout looks VERY similar to uchicago main page layout, though I suppose lots of sites do these days.  The spacing in the code is almost assuredly from ColdFusion.  There are probably numerous fragments within the page that are parsed at the server, but for some reason, ColdFusion always kept the line breaks from the code within the output it sends to browsers.  In later versions of ColdFusion, there were options to supress whitespace which did improve the output somewhat.  The must not have this enabled or perhaps they are running an older version of ColdFusion.</description>
