Working across campus can be difficult but dealing with cross department issues is necessary to a successful user experience on your site. Make sure when someone is looking for program information they are not stuck in a bulletin and have to do an additional click to the department site which may or may not have the same information. The program information should be integrated right into the main or department site so the user doesn’t have to bounce around. They should feel like they are working in one complete site.

    Hello,

    In your video review you score the site as follows:

    Visual = 30
    Information = 54
    Code = 61

    Were these scores revised at some point to reflect the current scores as listed in the Site Scores section?

    Scott,
    You are so right. The scores were not revised any but looks like they were posted wrong in the first place. I corrected them on the post and on the archives page. Thank you for pointing these out.
