A consistent template and flow of information gives the appearance that the whole school is working together toward one mission. That they understand the student is at the center of their world. They can set aside their opinions to make sure the whole college looks professional. It may not seem like it makes that much impact since every department feels like they are “different” but it can make or break how organized your institution looks.
