EDU Checkup has a highly targeted niche market that includes higher education administrators as well as Web professionals in decision making roles. Depending on the size of the institution each 15 minute episode gets from 75 to 350+ views. Each episode is designed so the viewer must watch to the end, I step through the site discovering something new on each page. Typically 12 web site reviews are released each month.
Often I get asked to recommend vendors or services by the institutions I review. Advertising on the site can put your company one step closer to the institutions that need assistance.
What does it take to advertise on EDU Checkup?
- Your company/product/service must target the higher education niche. Although we may accept ads outside this niche, we are primarily interested in services that help our user base.
- Must be in good standing with the higher education community.
- Your company must be run out of the United States. This may change in the future but right now we are US focused.
What types of ads are available?
We are making two 120×90 ad spots available in the right sidebar right next to each video. We are rotating up to four ads in those positions so each ad has a 50/50 chance or better of being shown.
How much does it cost?
We are running a special price for the first few months. Advertisers that get accepted will be locked in to these rates for consecutive months. Basically skip a month and loose this great introductory price.
$100/month – 120×90 with placement in right sidebar with a 50/50 or greater chance of being displayed.
There is no time commitment included with the price so you can start and end at your choosing. Ad placements can only be purchased in full month blocks.
